Giving back to the local community is a tenant of STE's success. Throughout the years, STE has been honored to partner with other local businesses and churches to positively impact communities and lives in our own backyard. Projects have included: engineering and construction of a home wheelchair access ramp; engineering and CAD for local church renovations; Impact World Tour (IWT), Dayton, Ohio, manpower and logistics support; and Dayton women's shelter maintenance and landscaping teams.

STE values each opportunity they have to impact the global community. The chance to assist in building a school and community center for Haitian children complements STE's commitment to education and engineering excellence.

Soul Winners Dayton Neighborhood Project
STE continues to support the Dayton Neighborhood Project started by Soul Winners through time, materials and finances. This project is renovating 7 homes that would otherwise be condemned in downtown Dayton, Ohio, so they can be utilized by local families at a below market price.

The Luke Commission
STE is proud to participate in supporting individuals going to Swaziland to provide medical services, including HIV testing and counseling. In 2013, STE sent an engineer to be part of the team constructing a building to house mobile medical clinics and medical supplies.
